Change is inevitable, but successful change management can mean the difference between resistance and acceptance. As an experienced change manager, I support companies in strategically designing change processes and managing the effects on the organization and employees. My systemic approach allows me to not only consider structural changes, but also the individual needs of the people in the company to promote a smooth transition and a sustainable culture of change.
